MHT designs these Preparation Plants based on the customer’s requirements and site conditions. We work with 2-Basic design concepts for the Preparation Plants.The 1st design concept is the Designed to Fit Concept (DTF) in which it’s primary goal is to reduce the overall project cost by fitting the Preparation Plant in an existing building. The 2nd design concept is the Tower Concept in which all the ingredients are fed from the top down to the mixer thus requiring a higher building for housing the Preparation Plant. MHT’s design concepts utilize the latest technology for both the mechanical equipment and the Control Systems.
