Ever-Flo Equipment
MHT has designed a special series of equipment to assist in the handling of hard to flow materials such as TiO2, CaCO3, MgOH, Stearates, E-PVC, Kaylon Clay etc. MHT America’s Ever-Flo equipment is designed to provide mass flow of the materials, thus eliminating bridging or ratholing etc. The Ever-Flo design is utilized in Charge Hoppers, Secondary Scales, Suction Scales, Silo Discharge Systems and even in Down Chutes.

Innovative Solutions
Power Units
MHT America designs, builds and tests our own Power Units. Type of units provided: PD Blowers for both Vacuum and Pressure Pneumatic Convey Systems. Floor mounted design as shown. Table top design. Stacked design. Sound enclosures.
Portable Bulk Bag Station
MHT America has designed a portable station to be moved by fork truck from one operating station to another with ease. Features: Painted Carbon Steel Contruction. Built in counter weight. Electric hoist and trolley. Charge hopper. Options: Stainless Steel Construction. Manual hoist and trolley.
Dual Vertical Dosing Screw
MHT America Dosing Screws are designed to handle fine, hard to handle powdered material such as TiO2. Should you have low overhead space above your mixer, our vertical dosing screw will provide highly accurate batch feeding to a mixing operation. With a properly designed Pneumatic Convey System the raw material feed and dust control can be located in the 1st floor while the dosing screws can be mounted in an overhead position.
Green Bean Blending System
MHT America has designed a 4-8 green coffee bean system to clean, store the beans, blend the beans and pack out the blended beans into bulk bags for shipping to the end user.
